How long will my order take?
All shirts are printed on demand.

Standard Delivery: Usually 5-8 business days
Express Delivery: Usually 3-5 business days

 

What is your return/exchange policy?
Since all items are printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns due to buyer's remorse. However, if something is wrong with your item, such as a defect or a need for a different size, please contact us at support@alphaaimshop.com, and we'll work together to find the best solution.

 

What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are actively working on expanding our shipping options to reach more countries in the future.

 

I entered the wrong delivery address, what should I do?
If you've entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@alphaaimshop.com. We will do our best to make the correction, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

 

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to process your cancellation as long as your order has not entered the fulfillment stage. Once production begins, we may not be able to cancel your order.
